Your voice offering.
Joined up from the start.

A phone system should do more than ring. It needs to guide callers, connect teams and support the moments when communication matters most. We design hosted and on-premises VoIP solutions for your customer environments. From your main number and reception phones to remote colleagues and shared departments, we consider how calls actually move through your organisation. Installation, number transfers, handsets, user guidance and ongoing changes can be coordinated by one team, with the network and internet connection considered alongside the telephone platform.

A complete voice proposition

From the first ring
to the right destination.

Design the conversation.

Call routing that reflects your organisation

Build a clear journey from your main number to the right team. Reception groups, department choices, queues, opening hours and overflow routes can be arranged around your staffing, with appropriate destinations when a call goes unanswered.

IVRs and professional announcements

Welcome callers with recorded greetings and simple menu choices. We help structure auto-attendants, holiday messages and department announcements so callers understand their options without working through an unnecessarily complicated telephone menu.

Extensions across teams and sites

Connect colleagues through a shared extension plan and directory. Multi-site customers can coordinate reception, departments and internal calls, with consistent naming and routing that make the wider organisation easier to reach.

Desk phones, cordless and browser calling

Choose calling tools suited to each role: reception handsets, desk phones, supported cordless options, headsets and softphones. WebDialDirect adds browser-based calling for compatible setups, helping office and remote colleagues stay connected.

Plan the operation.

Voicemail, recording and reporting

Configure voicemail destinations, voicemail-to-email and the reporting your team needs. Where call recording is required, we discuss access, announcements and retention so the configuration reflects your organisation’s policies and agreed service scope.

SIP speakers and site announcements

Extend communication beyond desks with network-connected SIP speakers and compatible paging endpoints. We can configure authorised live announcements, recorded messages, tones and agreed broadcast groups for reception areas, corridors and suitable indoor or outdoor locations.

Lockdown and evacuation communication

Plan distinct tones and messages around your site’s agreed procedures. We consider who can trigger announcements, the areas that should receive them, audibility and rehearsal requirements, including noisy spaces where a separate speaker may be appropriate.

Porting, resilience and ongoing management

Keep existing numbers where transfer is available, with the process coordinated around your current service. We discuss internet dependencies, alternative call destinations and failover arrangements, then support changes as users, departments and locations evolve.

Your partner proposition

More ways to connect your customers.

01

Add voice to your portfolio

Offer phones and VoIP through your existing MSP relationship, with customer call flows, numbers and support ownership scoped together.

02

Connect several customer locations

How does this fit our MSP brand?

OneCallDirect is available for white-labelling and resale. We agree the customer-facing branding, onboarding, responsibilities and technical escalation for your selected service before rollout.

Can we keep our existing telephone numbers?

Existing numbers can usually be retained where the relevant providers support porting. We check the numbers and account details, discuss dependencies with your current services and agree a transfer plan before committing to a changeover.

Can the phone system support lockdown announcements?

Yes, compatible phones, paging devices and SIP speakers can deliver agreed tones, recorded messages or authorised live broadcasts. We design the configuration around your site procedures, coverage needs and rehearsals; communication equipment is one part of the wider safety plan.

What happens if the internet connection fails?

VoIP depends on suitable connectivity. Depending on the design, resilience can include alternative internet connections or routing incoming calls to another destination. We review these options with you and define the arrangements in the service proposal.

How are emergency calls handled?

Emergency calling needs appropriate configuration for numbers, sites and users, especially where people work remotely. We review location information and calling arrangements during planning, and help communicate the agreed procedure to the staff using the system.
